Western now makes it’s own, homemade fudge in Mountain Brook. The fudge is made in a kettle with butter and cream, and our Bakery staff has been trained to produce any flavor of fudge that they can dream up. The fudge is very rich and soft right after it’s produced, and slowly hardens as it ages. An assorted tin or box is a great gift idea, because it keeps at room temperature and lasts over a month. They can put together a custom assortment or tray of your favorite flavors. With 14 flavors currently, it’s just like the fudge you get from the Smoky Mountains. We have the usual favorites such as chocolate, peanut butter, and rocky road, but also chewy praline, Heath toffee fudge, dark chocolate caramel sea salt, Butterfinger, and more. Ask for a sample at the deli counter anytime you are in the Mountain Brook store…. and soon to be coming to Rocky Ridge!
